RULES FOR RETURNING GOODS
IN THE TurboWorks.pl ONLINE STORE
In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, the Consumer may withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods purchased in the Store without giving any reason, by submitting an appropriate statement in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods (i.e. from the date of receipt of the goods by the Consumer). To meet this deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.
- The return should be made through your customer panel in the TurboWorks.pl store in the Your account tab in the Returns section.
- The consumer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller.
- The declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent to the following address: MTuning Mateusz Wrzesień, st. Morgowa 85A, 35-323 Rzeszów.
- The consumer will return the goods to the Seller within 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the goods before its expiry. - The goods should be returned to the Seller's address: MTuning Mateusz Wrzesień, st. Morgowa 85A, 35-323 Rzeszów.
- The Seller shall return to the Consumer all payments made by him within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
- The seller will refund the payment using bank transfer
- The consumer bears the cost of returning the Merchandise to the Seller
Returned goods should contain:
- Original, undamaged packaging
- Complete content as it was at the time of purchase
- The product and accessories will be undamaged without any signs of use
- Receipt or photocopy of purchase invoice
- Included written declaration of withdrawal.
COMPLAINT POLICY
IN THE TurboWorks.pl ONLINE STORE
The basis and scope of the Seller's liability to the Customer who is a natural person who purchases the Product for purposes not related to professional or business activities, due to the Product's non-compliance with the Sales Agreement, are defined by generally applicable law, in particular the Act of July 27, 2002 on special terms of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 141, item 1176, as amended).
- A complaint (including a notification of the Product's non-compliance with the Sales Agreement and a relevant request for the manner of bringing the Product into compliance with the Sales Agreement or submitting a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement) may be submitted by the Customer:
- in person at: MTuning Mateusz Wrzesień, ul. Morgowa 85A, 35-323 Rzeszów
- in writing to the above-mentioned address

- It is recommended that the Customer provide in the description of the complaint: information and circumstances relating to the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of non-compliance; request a method of bringing the Product into compliance with the Sales Agreement or a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, as well as the contact details of the person submitting the complaint - this will facilitate and accelerate the consideration of the complaint by the Seller.
- All parts should be assembled in factories dealing with a given automotive field, by persons having the necessary qualifications or by MTuning, and any complaints will not be considered in the case of damage caused during assembly or resulting from its improper implementation.
The advertised goods should contain:
- Original packaging (even if damaged)
- Complete content as it was at the time of purchase
- Receipt or photocopy of purchase invoice
