1. Basic Concepts

Seller - MTuning.pl is MTuning Mateusz Wrzesień company with headquarters in Rzeszów at ul. Leśna 1, NIP: 813-328-66-08, REGON: 180039910.

Shop - an Internet service belonging to the Seller, available under the mtuning.pl domain, through which the Customer can purchase Goods from the Seller.

Client - a natural person who has completed at least 13 years of age, but if the person is 18 years of age, the consent of its statutory representative is required, as well as a legal person and an organizational unit that is not a legal person, the specific provisions of which legal person who makes or intends to make an order or uses other services of the Store (including the Consumer).

Consumer - a natural person who performs a legal transaction (sale agreement via the Store) not directly related to its business or professional activity.

Regulations - these regulations defining the principles of providing services electronically by the Seller.

Goods - movable - presented in the Store, which may be the subject of a sales contract, specified in detail in the order.

Order Form - a service available on the Store's website, with the help of which the Customer can purchase the Goods.

 

 

2. General decision

    These Regulations define the rules for concluding a sales agreement between the Seller and the Customer, using means of distance communication and the Customer's use of the Store, available at the mtuning.pl Internet address.
    In the scope of services provided electronically, these Regulations are the regulations referred to in art. 9 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended). Regulations are addressed to all customers of the store. The customer is obliged to comply with all provisions of the Regulations. The sale takes place on the basis of the version of these Regulations, in force at the time of placing the order.
    All information contained on the Store's website, referring to products (including prices), does not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66 of the Civil Code, but an invitation to enter into a contract specified in Article 71 of the Civil Code.

 

 

3. Accepting and processing orders

    Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round. Orders placed on weekdays after hours. 16.00, on Saturdays and on Sundays and holidays will be considered from 9.00 the next working day, delivery time (up to 5 days).
    When you first order goods, you must register in the store.
    Each order is confirmed by phone or by sending an e-mail.
    The given prices are gross prices, include VAT tax and are given in Polish zlotys (PLN).
    We issue a tax receipt or VAT invoice for each product sold.
    The issued fiscal receipt or invoice is attached to each product sold.
    The purchased goods are delivered, along with the required proof of purchase, to the address indicated by the customer at registration or indicated in the order.
    After the Customer has received the confirmation of acceptance of the offer, the process of order fulfillment by the Seller begins, whereby:

        in the case of placing an order payable upon delivery - it starts maximum the next business day after its confirmation by the Seller,
        in the case of placing an order payable by a traditional transfer - the customer makes a payment to the account: Account: 35-1020-4391-0000-6302-0056-7693, Company name: MTUNING Mateusz Wrzesień, Address: ul. Leśna 1, 35-083 Rzeszów, IMPORTANT In the title of the transfer, please enter the order number. Order processing begins after the payment is credited to the Store's bank account for the order placed. The customer who chose the option of payment by bank transfer is obliged to pay the fee for the placed order within 10 business days from the date of placing the order. Otherwise, the Seller's offer is not binding and the order is removed from the system. There is a possibility of extending the payment period with prior notification of the fact that the Store has been operated.

     

    After receiving the confirmation and information from the bank about the funds on the account, our company sends the ordered goods.
    ORDER CANCELATION. After making the order, you can withdraw the order only by phone, call: tel .: 785 828278, We can not cancel orders that have already been sent to the address of the ORDERING PARTY (in this case the return procedure remains).
    The Electronic Order Form Service is provided free of charge and is of a one-off nature and terminates when the Order is placed via it or when the Ordering Party ceases to place the Order through it.
